Child Safety Standards

1. Our Commitment

Lalapinta, operated by Dee Empire, a company registered in the Republic of Sierra Leone, has zero tolerance for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) in any form. This standard applies across every part of our platform — posts, reels, comments, messages, live streams, groups, pages, marketplace listings, and profile content — on both our mobile application and our website.

This page is Lalapinta's published, public Child Safety Standard, maintained by Dee Empire for the Lalapinta app and website as they appear on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

2. Prohibited Conduct

We prohibit any content or activity that sexualises, endangers, or exploits a minor (any person under the age of 18), including but not limited to:

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any format, real or simulated
• Sexualised depictions or descriptions of minors
• Grooming, solicitation, or sexual coercion of a minor
• Sextortion or blackmail involving a minor
• Facilitating, promoting, or providing links to CSAE content off-platform
• Trafficking, sexual exploitation, or endangerment of a minor

Any account found to violate this standard is permanently banned, its content removed, and the matter is reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or the relevant law enforcement authority, as required by applicable law, including Sierra Leone's Electronic Crimes Act, 2021.

3. How We Enforce This Standard

• Reporting tools: Every post, reel, comment, live stream, and profile on Lalapinta has an in-app "Report" option available to all users, with a dedicated "Child abuse or exploitation" reason — no need to contact support first.
• Human review: Reports involving suspected child exploitation are treated as our highest priority and are escalated immediately for review.
• Immediate removal: Content confirmed to violate this policy is removed immediately, and the associated account is permanently disabled.
• Legal cooperation: We cooperate fully with law enforcement and child safety organisations investigating CSAE, and we preserve relevant records as required by law.
• Minimum age: Lalapinta is not directed at, and may not be used by, anyone under 16 years of age — see our Terms of Service, Section 2 (Eligibility).

4. How to Report a Concern

If you encounter content or behaviour on Lalapinta that you believe endangers or exploits a child, please report it immediately using either method below:

• In-app: Use the "Report" option on the specific post, reel, comment, live stream, or profile, and select "Child abuse or exploitation" as the reason.
• Direct contact: Email our designated Child Safety contact team at support@dee-empire.com with the subject line "Child Safety Report." Please include as much detail as possible — a link or username, a description of the content, and when you saw it — so we can act quickly. Do not attempt to download, save, or forward CSAM yourself; simply report it to us or directly to NCMEC.

This contact is monitored and reports involving child safety are given immediate priority.

This standard works alongside our Terms of Service (Section 4, Acceptable Use) and our Privacy Policy (Section 10, Children's Privacy).
